What an in-person Session Feels like
You arrive. You are welcomed with hot tea and honey. The space is yours. The barn is quiet. The land is there. Birdsong, light, the particular stillness of a space that has been held with intention.
We begin with a brief conversation, just enough for me to understand where you are that day. Then I guide you into the practice, intuitively weaving together what your body and nervous system are asking for. A session may include:
Yoga nidra — the sleep of awakening, a guided practice of deep conscious rest
Sound healing — including a 100-year-old Burmese temple gong and hand-crafted bowls, played specifically for your body and your breath
Somatic awareness practices — gentle, body-based tools for regulation and presence
Breathwork — simple, accessible techniques to settle the nervous system
No two sessions are the same. Everything is personalized, trauma-informed, and paced entirely by you. You don't need prior experience. You don't need to do anything except arrive.
Most people describe leaving a session feeling lighter. Not because anything has been fixed, but because something has been allowed to settle.
Who works with India
Women who are holding more than they let on. Women who are exhausted in a way that sleep hasn't fixed. Women in seasons of grief, transition, or quiet overwhelm. Leaders and entrepreneurs who need genuine stillness, not productivity hacks, to access what's next. Women who have tried everything else and are ready to try something slower.
If any part of that is you, this is for you.
What women say
"If your nervous system needs a reset, India Bee's barn is the place. I walked in and immediately felt grounded. The space is shaded, alive with plants, and just genuinely lovely. She welcomed me with a tea sweetened with CBD honey... I melted into the floor almost immediately. Then came the sound bowls. Rhythmic, harmonic, and perfectly paced, followed by a gong that I can only describe as everything I didn't know I needed. I left feeling balanced in a way I hadn't felt in a while. This is an oasis, and it's closer than you'd expect." — San Diego
"Her voice soothes the soul and her technique is deeply relaxing. She is one of the few practitioners that has put me into 'the void,' where all my stress melts away and I'm left with the lightness of my own simple existence. I practice with India regularly and highly recommend her to anyone in need of any energetic reset." — San Diego
"From the moment I met India, I have always felt a deep sense of connection, safety, and community in her presence. Everything India offers is intentional and deeply personalized to each individual. I left feeling a profound connection, and inspired to give more to others in the same generous and supportive way she gave to me." — San Diego

Questions
Everything you might be wondering before you reach out.
What actually happens in a private session?
We begin with a brief conversation, just enough for me to understand where you are that day. From there I guide you into a deeply personalized experience that may weave together yoga nidra, sound healing, somatic practices, and breathwork, depending on what your body and nervous system are asking for.
You don't need to do anything except arrive. No experience necessary. No performance required. Most people describe leaving feeling lighter. Not because anything has been fixed, but because something has been allowed to settle.
What are the benefits of yoga nidra?
Yoga nidra, the sleep of awakening, is one of the most evidence-based and profoundly restorative practices available. Research shows it reduces cortisol, lowers blood pressure, improves sleep quality, and supports nervous system regulation. Many clients experience relief from chronic stress, anxiety, insomnia, and burnout after just a few sessions.
Beyond the clinical benefits, yoga nidra creates the conditions for deep inner clarity. Many people find that long-held emotional tension releases, creative insight arises, and a sense of wholeness returns that they hadn't felt in years. It is equally powerful for someone in the midst of grief or transition as it is for an entrepreneur seeking stillness to access their next chapter.
Where is the Bee Restful Barn located?
The Bee Restful Barn is a private nature sanctuary located in Mission Hills, San Diego, California. The exact address is shared upon booking. Sessions are held in an intimate barn setting surrounded by land, garden, and the natural world — all of which are intentionally part of the healing experience.
What does "ecosomatic" mean, and how does it show up in a session?
Ecosomatic work recognizes that your body and the earth are in constant relationship, and that healing happens more fully when that relationship is honored, not ignored. At the Barn, the garden, the birdsong, the light through the trees aren't a pretty setting. They are co-regulating your nervous system alongside the practices I guide. You're not just resting in nature. You're resting with it.
Can you recommend a sound healing practitioner in San Diego?
I offer private sound healing sessions at the Bee Restful Barn in Mission Hills, San Diego. Using gongs, bowls, and vibrational instruments, these sessions are fully personalized and often combined with yoga nidra for a deeply immersive, full-body experience. With 15 years of devoted practice and training with some of the most respected teachers in the field, I bring both depth and care to every session.

What is the Restoration Series and why would I choose it?
The most profound shifts in nervous system regulation happen over time, not in a single session. The Restoration Series is four full sessions held over two to three months, designed for women who are ready to go deeper and give the work real space to take root.
Each session builds on the last, moving from initial arrival and rest into deepening layers of calm, clarity, and reconnection. Many clients find this is where the real shifts happen.
What should I wear and bring for in-person session at the Barn?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Whatever you'd wear to rest in. You don't need to bring anything. Mats, blankets, bolsters, and all props are provided. You're welcome to bring water. Please avoid wearing strong fragrances out of respect for the space and other visitors.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the time to another client. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. I understand that life happens — if something urgent arises, please reach out directly and we'll find a solution together.
Are there mindfulness tools I can use between sessions?
Yes. I've created two tools specifically for this. The Bee Mindful Yoga Nidra App brings the restorative benefits of yoga nidra to your phone — three guided meditations for sleep, clarity, and overall restoration, available any time you need to return to yourself. The Bee Mindful Oracle Deck offers 31 evidence-based mindfulness practice cards for daily use, each designed to reduce stress, ease anxiety, and cultivate presence. Both are available at the link below.
Is this work right for me if I'm dealing with grief, trauma, or burnout?
Yes. This is precisely the work I am most devoted to offering. My approach is deeply trauma-informed, somatic, and paced entirely by you. I have held space for women navigating grief, loss, burnout, life transition, anxiety, and insomnia for over a decade. You will never be pushed beyond what feels safe. You will only ever be met with care.
Please note: this work is not a replacement for clinical mental health treatment or addiction recovery. If you are in active addiction or acute mental health crisis, please reach out and I will help connect you with the right support.
