Bee Mindful Oracle Deck

The Bee Mindful Oracle Deck is an accessible mindfulness practice tool that includes a total of 31 mindfulness practice cards and a corresponding booklet. The deck includes mindfulness practices that have been empirically shown to reduce stress and anxiety, ease depression, and increase empathy, compassion, and curiosity.
