Mindfulness Mentoring
with India Bee
Let's Connect.
A devoted space to build a mindfulness practice that's truly your own.
Mentoring begins with a conversation, not a sign-up form. A short call so I can hear what's bringing you to this work, and so we can both feel into whether this is the right container for you right now.
What Mentoring Is
This isn't a class, and it isn't generic advice. It's ongoing, personalized guidance built around where you actually are, whether that's burnout, grief, a life transition, or simply a readiness to live with more presence and ease.
My approach is rooted in my training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, woven together with over 25 years of yoga practice and an ecosomatic lens, the understanding that your nervous system and the earth are in constant relationship.
What I Bring
Fifteen years of teaching yoga, E-RYT 500 and YACEP certified, with training spanning restorative yoga (under Judith Hanson Lasater lineage), yin yoga (under Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers lineages), and yoga nidra through the Amrit Method, 100 hours studying directly with Kamini Desai and separately with Indu Aurora.
I spent three and a half years on faculty for a 200-hour yoga teacher training program, and now lead my own Yoga Nidra Teacher Training. I've worked one on one with women navigating burnout, grief, and transition for over a decade, and my approach to mentoring draws on that same yoga therapy lens: your body as the starting point, not an afterthought.
The Ecosomatic Lens
Your body was never separate from the body of the earth. Somewhere along the way, most of us picked up a felt sense of separation, a disconnect between the two, and it's part of what keeps the nervous system in a low hum of unrest even when nothing is technically wrong.
In session, this isn't a metaphor, it's practice. At the Barn, it's birdsong finding its way into a breath practice, bare feet on the ground before we begin, a hand on soil or bark as part of a somatic check-in. Virtually, it might be as simple as opening a window, stepping outside for five minutes before we start, or noticing what's growing nearby between sessions. Either way, the earth isn't a backdrop to the work. It's part of what regulates you.
What's Included
Initial Consultation Our Let's Connect call, where we talk through where you are, what you're carrying, and what you're hoping this container can hold.
Weekly 1:1 Sessions 60-minute sessions, in person at the Bee Restful Barn or virtual, whichever supports you.

A Practice Built for You By the end, a mindfulness practice that's genuinely yours, not borrowed from a book or an app.
In Her Words
"I've been reflecting on the past 6/7 weeks we spent together and I am in awe of my growth. You truly are an amazing teacher who knows how to hold space and allow for others to feel safe and seen." — Monica, six-week Mindfulness Mentoring client
How We Begin: The Starter Container
6 weeks · Weekly 1:1 sessions · $1,200
Six weeks is enough time for real ground to be broken, and short enough to commit to without it feeling like forever. Together we move through a full arc: arriving, deepening into the practices that meet you, and integrating what's shifted so it actually holds after we finish.
After the Container: Ongoing Mentoring
For women who want to keep going. Once you've completed the starter container, ongoing mentoring continues weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, at a cadence that fits your life.
Who This Is For
Women who are tired of holding it together alone. Women in grief, in burnout, in the quiet middle of a transition they can't fully name yet. Women who've tried other things and are ready for something that actually meets them, one on one, over time.
Questions
How is this different from a single Barn session? A Barn session is a single, complete experience, an hour or two of rest and reset. Mentoring is ongoing relationship and practice-building over weeks, with homework, reflection, and continuity between sessions. Some women do both.
Why a call before I can enroll? Mentoring is a real commitment for both of us. The call lets me understand what you're moving through and make sure this container is genuinely the right fit before you commit six weeks and the investment that comes with it.
What happens after the 6 weeks? Many women continue into ongoing mentoring at a lower cadence. Some take what they've built and return to it on their own, and come back to the Barn or to mentoring again when life calls for it.
Is this a replacement for therapy? No. This work is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. If you're in active addiction or acute crisis, please reach out and I'll help connect you with the right support.
