Optional extension to 4:00 PM for the May Day rally & march at Waterfront Park
Step into a restorative, women-centered May Day gathering designed to support grounding, presence, and nervous system regulation on a day of collective action and community engagement.
This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself so that you can move through the day, whether in rest, reflection, or participation, in a more steady and resourced way.
Together, we use embodied practice to soften stress, restore the nervous system, and create a sense of inner and shared stability within a larger day of civic presence and collective care.
Gentle movement + restorative yoga for nervous system regulation
Sacred sound and gong immersion for deep rest and integration
Guided mindfulness practices for grounding and presence
A seasonal maypole ritual symbolizing connection, interdependence, and community
This gathering is not separate from the day, it is a place to land within it.
A moment to regulate, soften, and reconnect before continuing into whatever expression of participation feels right for you.
For those who wish, we will continue together to the May Day rally & march at Waterfront Park, carrying a grounded and present awareness into the wider community gathering.
Bring your own mat, blanket, and bolster
Limited Barn-provided props available
Early Bird: $65 (through April 24)
General Admission: $85 (after April 24)
$13 from each ticket is donated to the May Day Strong coalition, supporting workers’ rights and collective care.
Come to rest. Come to reconnect. Come to feel grounded again.
Whether you join the optional march or remain at the Barn, you’ll leave feeling steadier, more resourced, and more connected to yourself and your community.
