If you're ready to dive deeply and commit to a more intensive and thorough experience of Mindfulness, you may consider joining us for the 8-week MBSR journey.  

The course is preceded by a required Orientation, so that each prospective participant will have the opportunity to sense if the timing is good for them, and if they are ready to commit to the 8-weeks.

During the 2 months of class, participants will explore together the intricacies of how to apply Mindfulness to create lasting change.  Together we look at how and where our bodies store stress, what stress reactivity looks like, and the difference between reacting and responding. 

Through the 4 Foundations of Mindfulness, we develop wisdom as it relates to our bodies, feelings, thoughts and the world itself.   

Mindful Eating, Mindful Movement, Mindful Communication are among the many specific topics covered.

The 8-week course includes an all-day silent retreat, usually between classes 5 and 6.  By this time, participants are ready to experience all of the skills they have been learning, and are wanting to know what it's like to go a bit deeper.
